Graham Langill
Graham Langill is an entrepreneur, business leader, and EOS Implementer passionate about helping entrepreneurs build great businesses and better lives.
Throughout his career, Graham has experienced entrepreneurship from multiple perspectives: starting businesses, leading and scaling established companies, investing in growing organizations, and ultimately navigating successful exits. Today, he remains actively involved in entrepreneurship as an investor, founder, advisor, and Professional EOS Implementer.

Rob O'Brien is a multiple former business owner with two successful exits. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Rob completed his MBA at the Sobey School of Business. Rob's first business venture was a partnership that introduced the PODS Moving and Storage Franchise to Halifax.
His second venture was to purchase a struggling gym and turn it around before selling it during the Pandemic for a profit. Looking for a third business to buy, Rob realized the challenges others were facing in buying and selling businesses. Now working as an M&A Advisor, he enjoys working with small business owners looking to prepare their business for sale so they can retire rich.

Jen Warrington is the Founder and President of The Warrington Group Inc., a strategic hiring advisory firm she launched in 2020 after her corporate role with a global financial services organization was eliminated just weeks before the pandemic. With nearly two decades in recruitment and more than 5,200 hires across North America, Jen has built TWG into a recognized voice in hiring strategy, recruitment and leadership development.
She is the creator of Interview with Impact™, a certification program designed to strengthen interviewing as a leadership competency, and was recognized by Atlantic Business Magazine as one of Atlantic Canada’s 25 Most Powerful Women in Business.
